Who this is
DatBuilds is a solo builder project operated by DatPham and based in Vietnam. This site may include digital products, experiments, writing, and product notes. By using the site or buying something here, you agree to these terms.
Using the site
Use the site in a lawful and reasonable way. Do not try to break it, abuse it, scrape restricted content, access anything without permission, or resell paid materials unless I clearly allow that.
Products, payments, and delivery
Some products here may be paid digital products. Payments can be processed by a third-party merchant of record such as Lemon Squeezy. Access, files, licenses, or onboarding details are provided after payment is successfully confirmed.
Ownership
Unless I say otherwise, the content, product materials, branding, writing, and code shared on this site stay the property of DatBuilds. Buying a product gives you the usage rights described for that product, not ownership of the underlying work.
No guarantees
This site and its products are provided as-is. I aim to keep things accurate and useful, but I cannot promise that everything will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every specific use case. To the extent allowed by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site or products.
