Refund requests for DatBuilds products are handled by DatPham, based in Vietnam.

How refunds work

I run this as a small independent business, so refunds are handled case by case. For digital products, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the product was not delivered, access could not be provided, or there is a material issue that support could not reasonably resolve.

When refunds are usually not available

Refunds are usually not available for change-of-mind purchases, time already spent on consulting or custom work, or issues that were clearly described before purchase.

How to ask

Email datbuilds@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the request. If payment was processed by Lemon Squeezy or another merchant of record, the refund may be issued through that provider.
